Two weeks with JOMS Slimming .

It's very fast for some people while it takes longer time for some .
Rule NO1, you have to be consistent .
Rule NO2, No late night meals.
Rule No3, No junks , no mineral ,no snacks.
Rule No4, Don't drink milk @ all and if you have to use milk it should skinned milk.
Rule No4, you must drink lots of Water.
