stress and weight gain
we face huge amount of stress everyday that affects our bodies,stress inducing hormones like cortisol and adrenaline are released once our bodies are under stress,cortisol makes you hungry for simple sugary carbs to supply you with instant energy, to make matters worse, moving the sugar you just ate from the blood to our muscles requires the hormone insulin, after stress the body is filled with sugar and insulin a fat storing combination. Many people experience stress when we feel like life is out of our control or we can't do what we need to do because of time or situational constraints, we may eat to fulfill emotional needs.Eating better and healthier meals,exercising, better sleep pattern,relaxation are ways to combat stress and prevent weight gain.
